What we're looking for

CM Teleservices is currently looking for a motivated Accountant to join our team. This role will be critical to support our growth and expansion. You will collaborate with key departments across the organization and keep track of Accounts Payable, accounts receivable, Payroll, Finance, Regulatory compliance, and Taxes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced team and grow with changing responsibilities and priorities.

• Full Accounting and tax auditing
• Accounting and tax reporting to management and local government bodies
• Payroll calculation, processing, and reporting
• Processing and control of payments to suppliers
• Accounting documents processing
• Assist in support of external audits, including preparation of audit requests and ongoing support
• Timely file monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes as required by government rules
• Assist in documentation of internal controls in areas of responsibility

Applicant requirements

• Degree in accounting/ finance/ economics
• 1+ years of accounting experience and relevant experience with deep knowledge of the taxation system of Nepal is preferable but not required if the candidate is highly willing to participate in the learning process.
• Proficiency in English language
• Experience with MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel.

• Analytical skills, and ability to solve highly strategic and challenging business problems.
